About this image
As fall is ending and winter is about to begin the sunrise can be very spectacular. So spectacular Tony is compelled to go outside to enjoy the full spectrum of the sky. Tony says he won't go outside if the temperature is lower than his age, but this morning he made an exception.

He was standing in our front yard and took this picture through the trees across the road.

Musings of a muse
I choose this image for today's post because it is a beginning and I'm busy cooking up a bold new marketing plan for

Techno-Impressionism - by Tony Karp

If you follow this blog or have looked through the many posts you know that in July of this year we opened a gallery in our home. The new plan is to transform the gallery into the Techno-Impressionist Museum. There I have said it and I was not struck by lightening.

The virtual Techno-Impressionist Museum is more than 10 years old. It's listed as a museum on lots of pages with links to some of the biggies. Our art is seen all over the world by thousands of people every week. (I know this because Tony wrote a stats package called Webscope and it allow us to see how many hits we get to our sites and which pages they look at.)

It is time for Techno-Impressionism to have a presence in the real world here in beautiful Northern Virginia. We'll have a museum store where we will sell Tony's prints and other stuff. It opens up a whole world of possibilities. The opening will be around Valentine's Day. It will be my present to Tony.

So stay tuned. I will be pulling out all the stops, there are no rules, I will make them up as I go.

Remember if you purchase any of the works by Tony Karp you will be supporting the Techno-Impressionist Museum as well. Art is something that sets human's apart from the other animals. Art is uplifting. Tony's art will make you think and you won't get bored looking at it. Buy a picture and give it to someone you love.
